Cancellations
If you need to change an appointment, please advise reception as soon as possible to allow someone else to make use of that appointment time. No shows and same day cancellations will incur a 30% fee.
Terms of Trade
Payments can be made by cash, Eftpos, credit card or online banking.
Payment is due on the day of service unless by prior arrangement. Overdue accounts may incur a late-payment fee of $7. If an account remains unpaid 30 days after the due date, it may be referred to a debt collection agency and will incur a collection fee.
What to expect?
First Visit | To determine if we can help you, we ask questions, listen and perform a detailed functional examination. In most cases, care can begin on this visit. A typical initial consultation takes 30-45 minutes.
Second Visit | We’ll present you with a report of what we found, answer any further questions you may have and outline a tailored programme of care. Your report visit will take about 15 mins.
Regular Visit | Ongoing visits will be 15 minutes - but are just as, if not more important! Each visit builds on the ones before, improving the function of your spine and nervous system.
Visitor | This appointment is for those who are travelling through Nelson and regularly see a Chiropractor elsewhere and need a regular adjustment. We will go over your health history, listen and perform a detailed functional examination and adjustments.
Reactivation | Reactivation is for those who have not been in the practice for over two years and may require more time to update contact details, current health history, or for examination and adjustments.
